The Beginner Training Plan is perfect for those walkers hoping to jog their first 5k on race day. Whereas the Intermediate Training Plan is ideal for someone who is already regularly jogging or running.
The official Race Day is the 30th September, but you can complete your 5k anywhere through our app!
