Desk to 5K Week 3

Welcome to Week 3 of our Desk to 5K training plan! As we progress on our journey towards the Sandyford 5K, you’re likely ready for a slight increase in intensity this week. But fear not, even if you’re just starting out, this plan is still completely manageable. This week, we’ll be incorporating alternating run/walk intervals, providing a great option to manage effort levels and maintain overall volume. Our aim remains the same: to gradually build up the total time you’re able to consistently run for at an easy to moderate intensity. Get ready to tackle Week 3 with confidence and determination!
