Your Data

We collect your data for the following purpose :

  • Event registration and contract, respond to a general enquiry or sign up to our newsletter

  • Event communication with optional consent to update you on future events through email or SMS

  • To confirm participant age in line with World Athletics age groupings

  • Health & Safety of participants

  • Club Association

  • Link back to your AAI club

  • Clothes Size (SML)

  • To match race clothing sizes to participant

We will always collect your data directly from you, unless it is a group registration, such as a club, school or charity event.   It is the responsibility of the group to obtain your consent for us to register your details.

We collect your details through online registration.   All registrations are securely processed through our event management platform.

Due to the nature of our events and the level of repeat attendance, we retain your basic contact details for 4 years after your last event, so we can update you on future events.

You can opt-out of communication at any time; by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our newsletters.   Or contact our Privacy Officer using the contact details above.
