The Sports Lab at Beacon Hospital has put together a Desk to 5K plan to help you prepare for this year’s Spirit Sandyford 5K!!! Training for a 5K with a structured program, such as Desk to 5K, is an excellent goal for beginner runners. Each week a new program will be posted to help you get ready for race day!
